You shouldn't be suprised, that burnin down spices like chili or pepper will hurt in the eyes or throat. The capsaicin of the chili is, f.e. used in peppers sprays =)

thanks for your helping hand.
Yesterday I have been more than confused about the situation, because after this accident I burn joss sticks and some magic smokes, for example chilli and pepper.
After this session our whole flat was foggy and burned in the eyes and throat. We were forced to open every window to take some fresh air.

My neighbour, living upstairs asked me today, if we had some fire accident in our home, because the smell was a mixture between bones, pepper and joss sticks.

Darn the devil it was a crazy night yesterday, and we all together have been doped about this smellings all the night Even my statue of Baron Samedi had something spooky in his eyes, like a shining glow. I think, he was loughing with the other Loas about our trashy disaster.

After all the bones, I needed (the little ones - paw) were burned completely.

I made some offerings before we took the bones off the ground, caporal and white rum.

I would never use the bones of a cat for my rituals, but I think it's okay, what you've done.

I have read that at first I must ask for permission if I take bones of the ground to Baron Samedi

You don't have to ask for a permission, but it will be better for you if you do it
You take a part of the nature, so you have to give something back.

Hi Zain, I Have a problem,

I wanted to have the cat bones, youre talking about, so I went to the place there i had burrow one year ago a black cat.
The cat died after a car accident, was very young so I didn´t look for the owner, because I thougt maybe its a little child, and I didn´t wanted to hurt that children by telling, that his/her cat died after an accident.

I have read that at first I must ask for permission if I take bones of the ground to Baron Samedi.
Well, it wasn´t a cementary but before I could ask a friend of mine took the bones from the ground.
So my question is...did we debase now Baron Samedi ?
After all the bones burned after cooking them with vinegar to make them clean...so at moment I feel like a bloody amateur...even I respect Samedi such long time, making him offerings ...and following all the rules.
